At Black Dribble, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your performance on the court. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Black Dribble account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products show no signs of court wear or damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5 business days.
